1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 339bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://339bd.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and payment processing services.

6.1 Game Malfunction

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 339bd

339bd reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk to the integrity of the platform. During a suspension, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. 339bd will endeavour to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player via their registered email address.

8.2 Closure by the Player
